The Reflection of Iraqi Reality in Feminist Poetry after 2003: A Study in Selected Models
Abstract
This research examines the reflection of the troubled Iraqi reality in feminist poetry, through selected models from the poetry, adopting the descriptive-analytical method. The study reveals that the crisis-ridden reality is the primary driving force behind this poetic discourse, producing a fragmented poem embodying an identity and certainty crisis. this reflection was not limited to documentation, but revealed deep existential alienation, in which the poetic self-found itself exiled from homeland and spiritual framework that once granted it security and meaning.
