Abstract

The importance of research is to seek to develop the physical and motor abilities of the trainees regardless of the nature of the physical structure and to remove the confusion and fear of training by means of various resistors as they constitute an auxiliary factor in upgrading these abilities. The research aims to: 1- Identify the patterns of the research sample according to BMI. 2- Identify some physical and kinetic abilities of the research sample. 3- Building a training curriculum for various resistance exercises to suit the abilities of the research sample. 4- To recognize the impact of the training curriculum for various resistance exercises in some physical and motor abilities of the research sample. The experimental approach was used to design a single group for its suitability and the nature of the research problem. The sample of the study was chosen in a non-random manner using the cross-sample method. The sample was selected from women aged 20-35 who attended the fitness hall with 24 female trainees. The statistical bag was used to produce the results. It was reached: 1- There were significant differences between the tribal and remote tests in the physical and kinetic abilities of the research sample. 2- the emergence of variation in the rates of development in physical and motor abilities according to the physical patterns of the research sample. The main recommendations were: 1- Adopting the method of various resistance exercises in this research to develop the physical and motor abilities of women trainees.
