The sample included (120) male and female students. A research tool was designed, which was (the attitude scale). After verifying the validity and reliability of the scale, the final draft of the test included (25) items according to the five-point Likert scale. The results showed that students' attitudes were positive towards e-tests, and that the general arithmetic mean amounted to (3.461) and falls within the sample's (agree) attitude. Based on the results reached by the research, a set of recommendations were made; the most important one is to exploit students' positive attitudes towards e-tests in enhancing their application in universities, implementing infrastructure development programs, providing free Internet networks, taking a look on the experiences of advanced countries and benefiting from universities' use of modern technology and its applications.
